Spirits Soaring

Between songs during this morning's Friday Ruach, a story about the Mantchester Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Yehuda Zev Segal zt"l, was shared with the boys. Highlighting the infinite value of each person and the unique gifts they each have as they dedicate their lives in the service of Hashem, we echoed the Rosh Yeshiva's sentiments to explain the words we had just sung from Eitan Katz, "בפיך ובלבבך לעשותו". If we say it enough and sing it enough with our mouths, the feeling and confidence will seep into our hearts - that each neshama has the holiness and ability to truly soar.
