Helping Russian Intelligence

The MSB welcomed Moscow's Ohaley Yaakov director, Rabbi Betzalel Mandel, and Rebbi, Rabbi Yisrael Vales this past week. They traveled all the way from Russia to learn Gemara best practices from our team of talented Rebbeim. After visiting classes and meeting with members of our team, they walked away with a long list of strategies, tools and suggestions to bolster their program in Moscow.
