RYNJ and the IDF

This past Friday, we had the great opportunity of hosting an IDF soldier who is also an RYNJ alumni (and my cousin), Shlomo Kroopnick, who spoke to the 8th grade. We all learned a lot of interesting things we had no idea about. We were all very fascinated by what he had to say. It was a great experience to learn about what a soldier does on a daily basis, and it gave us more of an appreciation what the IDF does for us each day in protecting Eretz Yisrael.
