Yesterday, 8B learned all about the sale, הלכות, and the people involved in the sale of chametz from our very own Rabbi Genack, Rabbi of the Riverdale Jewish Center. As he showed us a video of an actual sale conducted by Rabbi Willig and many other local Rabbis to a Mr. John, he explained each and every step along the way. After that, we witnessed Rabbi Price officially make Rabbi Genack the שליח to sell the chametz for RYNJ. It was a pleasurable and informative activity.
