Going to the Ship!

The RYNJ Jaguars faced the Kushner Cobras in the semi-finals of the Haymish hockey league. RYNJ 7th grader Sariel Rotblat opened up the scoring giving the Jaguars a 1-0 lead early on in the first period. Shortly after that, Ezra Becker banged one home from in front of the net to give the Jaguars a 2-0 lead. The Jaguars stunned Kushner and ended up winning 4-0!!! Thanks to RYNJ’s star goalie Chaim Mermelstein, who has two playoff shutouts, and their amazing fans they will be moving on to the championship game. Go Jaguars!!!!!!!!!!!!
