Chesed Comes Alive

Yesterday, 8B took a trip as a follow up to last week’s presentation by Mr. Andrew Parver of Hebrew Free Burial Association to clear leaves and branch debris in a cemetery in Staten Island. It was powerful to help clean up the cemetery so that the association could use their funds to help those in need. After we finished the חסד שך אמת, we went to Pizzalicious to enjoy refreshing drinks and pizza after a long day of chesed. We really appreciated going on such a meaningful and enjoyable trip to help others. We look forward to doing it again soon!
