Strengthening the Tie
What an action-packed 7B trip to Ring Homestead we had today! On the bus, we said, “If we accomplish two things today, we would have been successful - having an outrageously fun day together and making a big Kiddush Hashem.” When returned to have our own Mincha before dismissal, the boys were asked how successful we were. The response was unanimous. The endless stream of smiles filled the gorgeous, sunny afternoon as the boys enthusiastically rotated between the host of rope courses, rock wall, zipline, and oversized tree swing. As the boys called from the treetops to their Rebbeim to watch as they jumped, their Rebbeim stood rooting them on with, “You can do it!” and, “Awesome job!”
To offer some real time feedback from the Rebbeim as they proudly watched their students appreciate a fabulous day of excitement, one commented, “These boys have such a wonderful time together - they really enjoy one another.” Another remarked, “They’re just so happy! Look at them!” And the identical notion was shared by the Ring Homestead staff.
The boys thanked their Rebbeim. The boys thanked the Ring Homestead staff. The boys thanked the bus drivers.
And we thanked them for being the special, joyous, and wholesome boys they are.
We truly have so much to be thankful for!
